This is a poster Leah and I made to explain the definition of verbs. We have included sentence examples facts and both our definition and a dictionary definition.
Hi Ella, Hannah here. I like your post because you have made the meaning of the word verb really clear. You might want to look back at your fact about the verb because it doesn't make sense. This poster has made me understand what the meaning of the word verb is, we were also learning about verbs in class too. Are you learning about any other words? From Hannah
Hi Hannah It is Ella here from Room 6 at Awahono School. Yes I have just now noticed my mistake in regards to the fun fact. It was infact meant to say - The word Verb IS actually a noun-. We were learning about other words, we learn about all of the word groups and conducted a statistical investigation on them. I'm glad that I helped you with the meaning of the word -Verb-.
